Message: My Experience was Good this time around. And the women that was soraking with me was good to. My problems were solved, there has been some bad experiences though and the comuter was down. Other then thos one particular women, the other people working there can be quite rude and will have an attitude no matter.

Message: I feel for those less fortunate than I am & I also am concerned for the burn out of the staff working at CAC. I am permanently disabled & homebound when not admitted to hospital, which is frequently. Somehow (a family member mailed it when I was admitted in Pittsburgh) AEP didn’t receive my renewal in time & removed me from the plan, thankfully the total bill is under $500. Whomever I spoke with on the phone at CAC when I called (after AEP suggested I contact CAC & I was completely confused as to my bill as AEP records show me active & they received my renewal) continuously cut me off, sounded aggravated, extremely busy and bored with my questions. At first she repeatedly stated I needed to contact AEP, which I continued explaining I already had. Then she kept telling me to to call back the next day to schedule an appt & I have been calling non-stop without any assistance to schedule an appt.. The staff is usually extremely helpful so this was a surprise to experience and all I can think is how overworked everyone is.. I worked out a plan with AEP directly going forward & will no longer require CAC assistance, I do hope this frees funding up for another in need & I thank CAC for the assistance provided in the past. Sending lots of love & positivity to all employees and residents in need, stay safe & please take care of yourselves
